We offer secured term loans with fixed rates for the purchase of livestock, equipment, buildings or other farm-related production needs. Repayment schedules vary depending on your cash flow. Terms are available for up to sixty (60) months.
- Real Estate Loans
Balloon loans are available for the acquisition or refinancing of farmland. Terms range from thirty-six (36) to eighty-four (84) months.
