purchases and the amount will automatically be deducted from your checking
account.
Remember your Debit card also can be used at any automatic teller machine (ATM) with the Shazam, Cirrus, or Visa logo. Your Debit card doubles as an ATM card - get cash, transfer funds, inquire on your account balances. All you need is your card and personal identification number (PIN).
Your Fairfax State Savings Bank Debit card can be used for purchases or services at thousands of locations displaying the VISA logo. Select either the "credit" or "debit" option. (The "credit" option will require your signature; the "debit" option will require your PIN.) The money will come directly out of your checking account.

Tell us at once if you believe your Fairfax State Savings Bank Visa Debit Card has been lost or stolen. Please call the bank at
319-846-2300 during normal business hours. After business hours, please call 1-800-236-2442.
